Question: What did you do for your first date, and how did you feel afterwards?
Jeremy said: We went to a Mexican restaurant and sat by the beach afterwards. I was excited about who I had just met.
Mandy said: We went to a Mexican restaurant and walked on the beach. I thought he was funny, nice, and fun. I hoped he’d ask me out again.
Question: What is your most memorable date?
Jeremy said: I would say our second date when we walked on the beach, or the time when we pretended to go bed shopping.
Mandy said: The date we had our first kiss. We took a ferry to Coronado Island. While there, we walked around, ate at restaurant, etc.
Speaking of the first kiss...
Question: What are three words you would use to describe your first kiss?
Jeremy said: Soft, sweet, quick
Mandy said: Sweet, respectful, short (I was kind of dating someone else too at the time and felt bad, so I was glad it was short)
(editor's note: the other guy she was dating was the one who introduced them!)

First Impressions
Question: What was Jeremy's first impression of Mandy?
Jeremy said: That she was very beautiful, but was not a snob. She was friendly to everyone.
Mandy said: He thought I was cute. He knew I was friends with someone he respected.
Question: What was Mandy's first impression of Jeremy?
Mandy said: I thought he was very serious the first time I saw him. My second impression was that he was funny and good looking.
Jeremy said: That I was a dork/nerd.
Question: What was it that first attracted you to the other person?
Jeremy said: Her smile and demeanor.
Mandy said: The first time I saw him my friend was pointing him out to me, because I knew he wanted to meet me. My first thought was, “I don’t know if I want to meet him,” because he looked really serious and I had just broken up with someone really serious. But the first time I really met him, he was really fun, making jokes, etc. I was at his house and the Olympics were on, and he and his roommate derived a formula to calculate the velocity of the divers (he's an engineer). I thought it was really funny, and thought they were joking at first, but they were actually serious.
